On August 25, 2019 King Felipe VI of Spain and his wife Queen Letizia visited former King Juan Carlos, father of King Felipe VI of Spain, at the Quiron Hospital in Madrid for a heart surgery perfectly performed this Saturday.

On the occasion Queen Letizia wears a white double breasted jacket with a trendy silk polka dot blouse from Carolina Herrera. A pairs of black trousers with a £65 black leather belt from Hugo Boss, a matching handbag from Carolina Herrera and a pair of Uterque flat shoes in navy suede with a metal detail on the upper part completed the elegant outfit.
