On September 24, 2019 Queen Letizia of Spain arrive at Queen Sofia Art Museum in Madrid on the occasion of the World Cancer Research Day. For this day Queen Letizia wears a £70 tweed midi dress from Zara. The white and blue navy dress has frontal jewels buttons, a boat neckline, two frontal pockets and a frontal split with short sleeves. Letizia adds a black leather at the waist, her Carolina Herrera blue navy suede slingback pumps, her $5,900 18 ct white gold and diamonds star earrings from Chanel and her €89 gold pleated signature ring from Karen Hallam.

On September 25, 2019 the Queen of Spain arrives in the Spanish south-est city of Elche to visit a secondary school and preside over the opening of school year 2019/2020. She was received by the Minister of Education and the major of the town and after talking to the students she greeted the crowd waiting to see her.

On the occasion Queen Letizia wears a blue denim shirt dress from Carolina Herrera. The short sleeves dress is fitted at waist, has a flared skirt, concealed frontal buttons and a matching waist belt. She paired the dress with a crocodile skin red clutch from Carolina Herrera and a pair of red suede slingback pumps from the same designer. She finished the look with a new pair of gold hoop earrings and a gold plated ring from Karen Hallam. She wears a brown eyeshadow with a black eyeliner, nude lipstick and a touch of counturing powder.
