The Duchess of Cambridge embraces traditional Pakistani clothes for Day 4 in Lahore

On October 17, 2019 the Duke & Duchess of Cambridge visit Lahore in the north east of Pakistan retracing the journey made by Princess Diana during her Royal Tour in Pakistan. They took a flight on board of the Royal Air Force Voyager plane from Islamabad to Lahore airport when they meet the city's Governor in a welcoming ceremony. Then they visit the SOS children village which is a charity structure providing home for orphan children. After that they visit the National Cricket Academy and take part in a cricket match which is the Pakistani national sport.

On the morning engagements the Duchess of Cambridge wears an ivory shalwar kameez from Gul Ahmed which is composed by a long tunic and trousers. The tunic has long sleeves and a jasmine flower embroidery. She accessorized the tunic with an ivory shawl from Maheen Khan, a blush suede clutch bag from Mulberry and a new pair of €262 nude suede pumps from J.Crew. The shoes have a pointed toes and a medium heel.

She finished the outfit with her £5K diamond and gold oak leaf small hoop earrings from Asprey London. For playing cricket Kate changed her shoes in a new pair of white sneakers that are the £28 white canvas sneakers from Hempton Classics and tied her hair back in a pony tail wearing a natural make up.

For the afternoon engagements the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge visit one of the world's biggest mosques, the Badshahi Mosque in the centre of Lahore walking barefoot on a red carpet to the entrance of the Mosque. They enter inside the mosque where they meet the Imam and other leaders to participate in a discussion seated on cushions on the floor. After that they visited the Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital and Research Centre where they met patients in the children's ward and tak with their families.

On the occasion Duchess kate wears a green shalwar kameez from Maheen Khan and an matching headscarf. The tunic is made of chiffon with a gold embroidery on the chest, on the cuffs and on the hem of the scarf. She paired the dress with the €262 nude suede pumps fro J.Crew and a pair of £150 gold plated fern hoop earrings from Catherine Zoraida.
