The Duchess of Cambridge wears a face mask for the first time during a public engagement
On August 4, 2020 the Duchess of Cambridge visits Baby Basic UK in Sheffield that is a Baby Bank where volunteers support some vulnerable families in the UK providing essentials for babies. During her visit she wears gloves and a mask to unpack donations boxed and to chat with families that were presents.

On the occasion, she wears a £1,850 white silk crepe midi dress from Suzannah. The dress, made in London, has short sleeves, a V-neck and frontal buttons with a waist belt.
To complete the outfit, she wears a new pair of $695 'Dela' lizard skin pumps from Tabitha Simmons, a pair of golden earrings from an unknown brand and her £1,070 personalized 9 ct gold midnight moon necklace from Daniella Draper.
