Hi everyone, today I want to share with you my interest for fitness, yoga and workout in general as it is important to stay healthy but is also important to wear quality sportwear for best results. So let me show you these beautiful yoga suit and two pairs of leggings that I received from @lightinthebox and after trying them I recommend them if you are looking for a high quality and trendy sportwear!


The first item I want to review is this beautiful teal yoga suit which consists in a crop top and a pair of shorts made of high quality, breathable and stretchy fabric. This suit is super soft and comfy, is perfect for your yoga exercises and is very trendy. The shorts can be worn also with a t-shirt and a blazer for a super comfy outfit! The bra is padded to protect the breasts during excercises but the pads are removable. The shorts are high waisted to provide tummy support and making you look slimmer! Definitely I recommend this yoga suit as it provides an excellent fit.





Then I want to show you this pair of yoga leggings in this beautiful mint color. The crop top I'm wearing here is from the previous yoga set but these colors are so beautiful and trendy that you can mix them. These pants are super comfy and soft on the skin, the material is very elastic and they are shapewear so they give you support and a perfect fit. The waist band provides you tummy control for a toned look. They are the new style, the fabric is ribbed and they also shape your butt pushing it upwards.









Then I have this pink yoga leggings that are great also for running as they are made of very breathable and super elastic material without loosing shape over time. The fabric is lightweight and helps keep cool and dry as it transfers sweat away from your body. There is a wide high waist band for tummy control that give you the support you need in that area. Here I'm wearing the pink leggings with the crop top from the first suit.

On November 12, 2019 the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge arrive in London to attend a charity event at the Troubadour White City Theatre where they meet the Shout volunteers that helps people with psychological and existential problems.
