Queen Maxima opts for red rust dress to visit the Railway Museum

On October 2, 2019 Queen Maxima of The Netherlands arrives in Utrecht to attend the fifth ScienceMakers Awards annual ceremony that rewards young people for their research and inventions who have won national or international contests in the past year. She arrived without her husband, King Willem Alexander and visited the Railway Museum, greeting the crowd that gathered to see her.

For the Awards Ceremony, Queen Maxima wears a red rust dress with a matching belt at waist. The midi dress has a boat neckline not very pronunced, long sleeves and an A-line skirt. She teamed the dress with a hat in the same shade of the dress, a pair of satin nude beige high heels pumps, a clutch bag in the same shade of the shoes and a pair of beige leather gloves.

She finished the look with a deep brown wooden feathers necklace, a pair of matching drop wooden earrings, a black chunky ring and a white pearl bracelet. She wears a brown smokey eye, dusty pink lipstick and a touch of bronzed blush to illuminate her skin. She tied her blonde hair in a low bun visible under the hat.
