On December 2, 2019 the King and Queen of Spain greet State Heads, Goverments representatives and delegations from around the world  that are in Madrid for the UN Climate Change Conference 2019 (COP25) and host a reception for their guests at Madrid Royal Palace.

On the occasion, Queen Letizia looks sleek wearing a crisp white blouse with cape short sleeves and a round high neck from an unknown brand and a €149 new black long and wide skirt from H&M Conscious Exclusive Collection. The slik-linen blend skirt has a texured ribbed fabric and a longer hem on the back.

She teamed the dress with Magrit black satin clutch bag, with a pair of Manolo Blahnik snakeskin pumps with high stiletto heel, pointed toe and rubber platform and a pair of diamonds stud earrings from Gold and Roses.
