On February 4, 2020 Queen Letizia of Spain attend the 9th Forum Against Cancer conference in Madrid. The Forum is organized by the Spanish Association Against Cancer of which Letizia is the honourary president and she made a speech to open the conference.

On the occasion, Queen Letizia wears a new Uterque white shirt with long sleeves, a round neck with pleat detail on the chest and a waist band with a black snap button. Under the shirt, she wears a new black leather A-line midi skirt from an unknown brand.
