Queen Maxima in leather culottes for an official royal engagement

On September 19, 2019 Queen Maxima of The Netherlands arrived in Apeldoorn to attend the NLgroeit forum that deals with entrepreneurship and helps small and medium sized businesses to grow providing ambassadors who help companies to increase their business. On the occasion Queen Maxima steps out in a pair of burgundy leather culottes which she paired with a polka dot blouse in the same shade of the pants from Zara. The blouse has long sleeves, and a bow detail. She wears also a burgundy clutch bag, a pair of stiletto heels shoes and a pair of white and burgundy tassel earrings. Her make up is coordinated with her make up too, wearing a brown smokey eyes, black mascara, nude brow lipstick and burgundy nail polish.

The polka dot blouse with a pair of culottes seems to be a very popular look among the royal ladies. On the same day it was worn by the Duchess of Cambridge to visit a children's centre in London. Kate worn a white and black polka dot shirt from Equipment and a pair of black culottes from Zara. Queen Letizia debuted the same look on the first of April 2018 to attend the Easter Mass wearing a white and black polka dot blouse from Carolina Herrera and a pair of black culottes with side buttons from Hugo Boss.
